How quickly will you use an opened pack?
The purchase decision gets easier once you know how quickly you will use an opened pack. Liquid pours straight from the fridge and, once opened, stays at 2 to 6 °C for 3 to 4 days. Powder can wait dry and closed between services, which makes it useful when sour orders are less frequent.
